OIGCC Premiers

Season 2018/19 was one to savoir for the Old Ivanhoe Grammarians Cricket Club. With all three teams playing off in the Grand Final for the first time in our history and the 1st XI winning the Kelly Shield premiership in emphatic fashion after dominating the regular season. Led by captain Ryan Pearce ‘01, the Old ‘Hoes dismantled the hapless opposition in the Grand Final winning by 7 wickets with man of the match Mitch McAuley bowling one of the all-time GF spells taking 7/6 off 11 overs. There were a lot of notable individual performances throughout the season but the teamwork, effort and mateship from every player at every level of the club is what drove us to success.
