Mr John N Isaac AM ‘61

Following school John graduated from Ormond College, Melbourne University, in law and practiced as a solicitor. He was a partner with Molomby & Molomby from 1971 and after a merger, with Middleton’s from 1998 (which the firm is now merged with the international law firm K & L Gates) retiring as a consultant in 2011. He was appointed to the Board of RACV Limited in 1985, was elected as Deputy Chairman in 2004 and as President and Chairman from 2007 to 2010. He is an Honorary Life Member of the RACV. John has been a member of the Board of Governors of St. Vincent’s Hospital Foundation (Victoria) since 2004 and its Chair since 2010. He is a co-founder of the Sally Isaac Memorial Scholarship Fund. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in the General Division in 2014 for significant service to the community of Melbourne particularly through St. Vincent’s Hospital and the law.
