Alumna and former staff member Elise Dunstan ’01 has been recognised as the Secondary School Winner in the 2025 Sustainability Awards for her outstanding leadership at Kew High School.

A true changemaker in sustainability education, Elise has integrated hands-on initiatives like student-led recycling programs, worm farms, and a thriving Sustainability Summit into the heart of school life. Her work not only empowers students to think globally and act locally but also creates inclusive opportunities for students of all abilities to engage in meaningful environmental action.
