Today (14 February) marked the end of an era as the Benson Gymnasium was demolished, making way for the next chapter in Ridgeway Campus history—the construction of the Fraser Centre.
The Benson Gym has held a significant place on The Ridgeway for a long time and this week many students took the time to watch it come down and say goodbye. The new Benson Gym is located at our fantastic Sports & Aquatic Centre.
And in a moment of perfect timing, as demolition was wrapping up this morning, a hot air balloon nearly touched down on the South Ground!
